Hi I have recently been injured and have been put on medical leave from work . I’d like to speek to some about my story to really see if I got a chance in obtaining compensation due to negligence of not than on doctor. It seems they have screwed me. I have a FTCA tort against the United States Army for harms it inflicted upon while I was a civilian (discharged veteran). The government hit me with a MOD based on Feres but their arguments are laughable—Feres does not apply because I was a discharged civilian at the time of the harms. I teach FERES (Brooks v. US (1949) and Schoenfeld v. Quammi (1983) and have a PP slide articulating the People must first win all four Feres’ Core Factors, all four Johnson Factors and all four SWAG Factors for their exemption to apply]. Concurrently, I must also file a QUI Tam to protect my status as a RELATOR [The US Army Reserve stole millions of dollars in government inventory and I've got the records!!!] .

I would LOVE to find an American Law Firm to sub-in but a.) Few firms do FTCAs and b.) They hate the mandated 20/80% split c.) They only want to handle ‘dead babies’ at VA Hospitals cases. I know my case is winnable (too many documents/witnesses not to) but I have no hard figure amout as to expected win. My problem is time—I have less than 30 days until the Feres MOD conference. My solution: OFFSHORE THE BRIEFS/HIRE A DISTINGUISHED US ATTORNEY TO DO THE ORALS. I have several distinguished Indian offshore lawfirms researching the price to put the two briefs together and I have an attorney willing to perform the Orals as to the MOD.

I win the MOD and the government MUST settle. I need bridge funding to hire the Indian lawyers for the first two briefs, which I assume to be approx. $5,000.00 (I don’t have the estimates yet). With the MOD/QUI Tam in place, I will have an American Attorney to do the Orals in December. I am willing to contract a good ROI for any money fronted (say 200%ROI?) with 100% of all funds to legal costs, none to my personal needs). I have a power-point slide plus have PDF’d all court filings/responses.

1. I perfer a lawfirm to simply sub in and take over for the usual FTCA 20/80% split plus expenses 2.) The back-up plan is to combo Indian OFFSHORE and US Attorney.
